(SPV for IT services): is a SPV trying to positioning in the market of digital markets and solutions. This SPV is actually starting up with a project related to the digitalization of an insurance company using mobile wallet and payment system. The Company is developing innovative digital products destined mainly to finance and insurance services and now looking for positioning in the national digitalization program undergoing in Madagascar and in the neighboring markets.
(SPV for Tourism Services): is a startup company developing a Tripadvisor like services in Madagascar and is trying to extend on online shopping and services by promoting Malagasy products worldwide especially Madagascar iconic touristic products.
(Algae Aquaculture and Processing Project): is company mandating MIS&P for the development of a large-scale algae aquaculture project (1,200ha) and the installation of Algae (Carrageenan) processing plant destined for European and Asian market needs. MIS&P is mobilizing partners for the financing of this 6Millions USD project.
(SPV for Aquaculture) is a SPV under incorporation of MIS&P that will be destined to develop an aquaculture program partnership with the Ministry of fishery of Madagascar. This SPV would seek now partners (investors and offtakers) to develop its projects such as a large Seriola fish aquaculture (yellow jack fish famous for sushi making); business models of cage fish farming for Tilapia and Carps. MIS&P is holding ten years’ concession contract on a 40ha state fish farming site (station piscicole in Manjakatompo) including more than 4ha fish pounds which is able to grow trouts and tilapia (or carps). The SPV would look for partners to be able to exploit in its full capacity this Fish Farming Site of Manjakatompo.
(SPV for Logistics) is a SPV under incorporation and will be in charge of some procurements services of the Group but also will position within the supply chain of government needs in terms mainly of IT and administration product needs.
(SPV for Water) is an SPV under incorporation in partner with an international drilling company (APC Drilling of APC Group) specialized on water and mining exploration and exploitation. This company will for a start seize the opportunities of government project contracts undergoing and at the same time will be specializing for more PPP specific projects on water supply development and management.
(Farming Development Project) is a consortium of family companies mandating MIS&P for its farming development project by extending its activities on farming of maize, peanuts and soya in line with the modernization of its poultry, provender and oil extractions units. MIS&P is mobilizing funds for this 35Millions USD projects whether locally and internationally.
(Centella Asiatica Extraction Plant Project) is a family company mandating MIS&P for extending its activity of collecting and exporting dried raw materials of Centella Asiatica (Talapetraka in vernacular name) by installing new units of transformation in order to extract active ingredients for medicinal and cosmetic purposes. MIS&P is mobilizing its partners’ fund for this 7,8Millions Euro projects with the perspective of joint venturing for its development.
RMS (Modern Poultry Development Project): is a family company mandating MIS&P for the extension of its project for the modernization of its poultry value chains in order to comply with high standards such as KFC certified suppliers. MIS&P is mobilizing investment funds for this 6Millions USD project from the local and international financial institutions.
FaAnNa Malagasy (SPV for Agribusiness and Energy): “FAANNA” means by its sound in Malagasy language “Spirit” and stands for “Malagasy Agriculture and Natural Energy”, and is a SPV designed for developing an Investment Zone for Agriculture (ZIA) of around 1,500 ha mainly for the production of cassava destined for ethanol cooking and starch but also other endemic plants of Madagascar destined for the extraction of essential oils and medicinal extracts such as algae and spirulina which are strategically integrating vertically the above activities of DAEX Oils for supplying the transformation units for ethanol and essential oils. The project is still on its phase of searching for partners and investment funds in order to launch its designed activities.
MADAGASCAR GREEN COAL (SPV for Environment) is a startup developing a green coal from byproducts of charcoals and other wood processing. Our legislation forbidden since last year the use of non-transformed firewood so this is an opportunity markets and green alternatives solutions for households and for local industries. This business is now under market testing for reorienting its deployment and scaling up models.
DAEX OILS (SPV for Essential Oils and Ethanols): is a startup company identified by MIS&P that is trying to develop projects related to the production of essential oils mainly from Ravintsara of Madagascar but also on producing ethanol cooking energy. Up to now the company managed to build internally prototypes of transformation units for producing ethanol and is now looking for investors to launch and expand its activities. The company is now producing Ravintsara Essential oils from limited mobile units and trying to extend its activities by looking for international investors and/or buyers.
NOSY METAL MANUFACTURING (SPV for Mining) has extended experiences on building mining installations (notably subcontracting for the Japanese Ambatovy Project) and now holds reserve ores mining of high quality for Garnet Abrasive; Kaolin; Manganese and Graphite. With an off takers contract in hand, NMM is searching investors for launching these identified mining exploitation projects.
