ENERPRO works for the Group construction companies for their electricity and mechanical engineering contract parts.
VERNIERTECH RESOURCES (SPV for Mining Trades) has been created as a special purpose vehicle for any transactions and trading mines products and assets. The company holds some mining permits for more than twenty perimeters.
MADA BLUELABRA (Industrial Mining Exploitation) is exploiting mainly granite and more specifically one of the rarest industrial stones called LABRADORITE destined for making households furniture and decoration. Mada Bluelabra owns some strategic remaining deposit mining sites of Labradorite in Madagascar and now searching to expand its production and export activities by partnering with potential investors and/or offtakers from Asia (Japan) and other regions.
BRACE SHIPPING (Maritime Transport) intervenes on the maritime transport sector in the east cost of Madagascar starting from consultancy services and chartering partners’ small and medium size boats, and actually ambitioning to position itself in the regional market of Indian Ocean by investing with partners on boat acquisition and/or building for medium and large size ships.
GEOINFO SURVEYING (Topography and Instruments) is a company specialized on supplying services and equipment related to topography (mainly Total Station Instruments etc.) and Geographic Information System’s software (mainly Mensura etc.). The Group detains minor shares within this company and partners with for some real estate projects throughout Madagascar. This company also is the only company in Madagascar owing private university as a subsidy by delivering trainings and diplomas related to topography and land surveying.
EGC VAHATRA (Construction for Infrastructures) has more than 25 years of experiences on executing contracts related to rural infrastructures and urban development related infrastructures.
EGC TODISOA (Construction for Housings) has more than 24 years of experiences on executing contracts related to housings and public infrastructures.
CABINET GEOMETRE EXPERT RASAMIMANANA (Topography and Surveying) is our main cabinet partner in charge of topography services and surveying for any infrastructure project study and implementation. It is also in charge of any land use and land titling issues for all of our projects. In addition, the cabinet ensure all development of maps and Geographic Information Systems and databases as tools for decision making kits during any project development phase.
